Another day started by doing what are becoming increasingly talented at: fast packing our bags, taking dibs of our seats on the bus, and setting off for the next hotel & location.  We're leaving volcano lodge and heading off to our next hotel for a couple of days. Not before stopping at the Mount Verde Cheese Factory, though!

As we traveled throughout central Costa Rica, we passed many houses, and small villages for a sneak peak at the lives of those who live here.

A large lake we traveled around for some time. The picture don't quite depict how vast and amazing it was.

A handmade swing-set.

The most terrifying bridge we crossed the entire trip!  Our bus driver had to get out and help this tour bus pass after many attempts at it.  The bridge was narrow and the cliffs on the sides of the bridge made it difficult for the buses to get at the proper angle.

A herd of cows and the cowboys herding them. :)

The hills of the country side where cattle grazed.

Our bus going across a small pond across the road..... quite the infrastructure here...

Outside the cafe of the Cheese Factory~

Our tour guide explaining to us the history of the Quakers and founders of the Cheese Cake Factory.

We didn't get to go inside of the factory, but we watched from windows inside was we learned briefly about the cheese and diary product making process.

This is where farmers bring in the milk!

After a presentation and video presentation, we got to taste some delicious samples of four cheeses.  They were quite delicious!

From there, we made our way to the next hotel with breathtaking views and the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.  Some in our group went into town to the grocery store, some went and checked out a local artist market, and some relaxed.  I found the gym, which was outdoors overlooking the pool and greens of the hotel, before going into town with a few people for some local cuisine.
